My Dear Mr Briggs,
As defiantly cosmopolitan as I am I fear that I must endeavor to decline your kind invitation for civilised afternoon tea on account of the fact that I am attending the LGC conference in Birmingham on the same day. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for this kind invitation and hope your visit to 'That London' on the 5th is successful.

I can't attend unfortunately but will do my best to get to a future tea camp. I agree with Jenny we need something that adds continuity to the discussions etc from Barcamp.

Best wishes

Nick

Can I suggest we specifically aim to discuss learnings and thoughts from the Barcamp on Saturday? Also, the format of Teacamps. Jane and I had a chat about that on Saturday and it would be good to share thoughts.
See you there,
Jen
